Thursday 15th April 2027 - Organisational and Individual Wellbeing
Wellbeing is not simply an individual responsibility or an HR initiative. It is shaped by the conditions in which people work.
Healthy organisations create the conditions for people to be engaged, creative, resilient and able to perform at their best. Where those conditions are absent, the consequences can be significant — from reduced motivation and productivity to stress, absence, presenteeism and staff turnover.
This workshop takes a whole-system approach to understanding wellbeing, exploring the dynamic relationship between individual physiology and psychology, organisational culture, leadership and the wider working environment.
Using the lens of living systems, participants will consider what enables people and organisations to flourish, what gets in the way, and where leaders can intervene to create meaningful change.
The day combines evidence, insight and practical approaches that can be applied at both individual and organisational level. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the drivers of wellbeing and a clearer sense of how leadership, culture and everyday organisational practices can support healthier, more engaged and more effective workplaces.
The workshop is particularly relevant to organisations seeking to strengthen employee engagement, retention, resilience, psychological health and sustainable performance — and to move beyond reactive approaches to wellbeing towards creating the conditions in which people can genuinely thrive.
Who is it for?
CEOs, executive and senior leaders, HR and people leads, organisational development professionals and those with responsibility for workforce wellbeing and culture.
