Coaching
Creating space for reflection, growth and meaningful change
Our coaching is grounded in living systems thinking and regenerative practice, recognising that people are part of interconnected relationships with themselves, others and the natural world. We work with individuals, leaders and teams to navigate complexity, build resilience and create lasting, meaningful change.
Rather than focusing solely on goals or performance, our coaching invites deeper reflection on patterns, values, purpose and the conditions needed for people and organisations to flourish. Working with body, heart and mind, we support clients to develop greater awareness, confidence and the capacity to respond creatively to challenge and change.
Sessions are tailored to each client and can take place indoors or outdoors. Where appropriate, we incorporate nature-based approaches, including our Coaching with Nature Cards, using the natural world as a source of insight, perspective and renewal.

Our Coaches
Annie Davy
I am a senior coach and facilitator with 14 years’ experience, working mainly with leaders in social purpose organisations, trading charities and the public sector, particularly health and social care. I am an Associate Coach with Clore Social Leadership.
My coaching is grounded in the realities of everyday work. Drawing on extensive experience developing large teams and founding organisations, I support clients with professional effectiveness, relationships, confidence, and transitions into new or changing roles. I work instinctively with living systems as a metaphor for healthy organisations and individual wellbeing, and I always include the natural world for the insight it brings to leadership, growth and sustainability.
I balance practical, outcome-focused coaching with embodied, mindfulness and transactional analysis practices, encouraging clients to step beyond their comfort zones while tailoring my approach to individual needs.

I came to coaching later in life after a career in medicine - teaching, training, researching and practicing public health. It was a rewarding, if exhausting career that led me to explore wellbeing from a personal as well as professional perspective. As well as coaching, I trained in bodywork and embodiment and studied the Diamond Approach of the Ridhwan School. I discovered that some of what I had learnt as a doctor needed to be unlearnt. Health and disease as well as connection, creativity, productivity, and purpose are best viewed from a living systems perspective in which, as in nature, everything is connected. Enhancing wellbeing individually, in organisations and in the natural world depends on discovering the things over which we have influence. I now get great pleasure in using the knowledge and skills I have acquired along the way to help others, in a range of careers and home situations, find the things that they can influence and develop their own and other’s wellbeing. I do this through coaching, one to one, and in workshops for small groups. Embodiment, it turns out, is an important wellbeing skill and one that is inherently trainable. And nature connection is a great place to start.

It is human to care deeply about how we show up in our relationships.
We value kindness, understanding, and responding with presence, clarity, and care.
And yet, in everyday moments, we can react more sharply than we intended, feel overwhelmed or shut down, or get caught in worry and self-criticism.
If this feels familiar, you’re not alone.
I support individuals, teams, and organisations to cultivate greater self-awareness, inner peace, and relational capacity. Through coaching, training, and experiential learning, people develop practical skills to meet life’s relationship challenges with more compassion, presence, and clarity.
