NatureWorks: 2026 - 2028
A two-year programme of funded coaching, wellbeing and development for people working across Oxfordshire's social and environmental justice sector.
People working in charities, community organisations and social and environmental initiatives are often doing vital work with limited resources. Rising demand, stretched teams and increasing complexity can leave little time or capacity for their own development, wellbeing and support.
We know that many people working in the sector cannot easily access the coaching, learning and professional development that is more routinely available in other sectors.
Thanks to funding from the The National Lottery Community Fund, from 2026 - 2028 we are able to provide a programme of free opportunities for people working across Oxfordshire's social and environmental justice sector.
The programme creates space to reflect, learn, connect and develop — with nature and regenerative practice informing our approach.What we are offering
Action Learning Sets
1:1 Coaching
These sessions a offer space to focus on the things that matter - whether that's a leadership challenge, professional development, a decision or simply some time to step back and reflect.
Our coaches are highly qualified and experienced, with an understanding of nature, living systems and working in community and social impact organisations.
A four-session peer learning set for community activists and people founding, developing or leading greenspace initiatives in Oxfordshire.
Action Learning provides a structured and supportive space to explore real challenges, share perspectives, learn from others and develop practical ways forward.
CPD and Wellbeing Workshops
A programme of practical sessions exploring themes including wellbeing, leadership, coaching, connection and personal development.Dates and workshop titles will be released a few months prior to the event.
Who is the programme for?
The programme is intended for leaders, practitioners and community activists working across Oxfordshire's social and environmental justice sector.
This includes people working in community organisations, charities and social and environmental initiatives, including those developing greenspaces and improving access to nature.
Individual opportunities may have specific eligibility criteria.
