Away Days and Workshops

Space to pause. Space to connect. Space to think differently.

Every organisation is different, so we design each programme around your people, your priorities and what you want to achieve.

Whether you are planning a leadership development session, team day, staff wellbeing event or organisational retreat, we create tailored experiences that combine facilitated learning, practical activities and time in nature.

Our programmes can support:

Leadership Development
Exploring regenerative leadership approaches, self-awareness and new ways of responding to complexity.

Team Connection
Creating opportunities for teams to build trust, strengthen relationships and develop shared purpose.

Wellbeing & Resilience
Supporting people to restore attention, reconnect with themselves and each other, and develop practices that sustain wellbeing.

Organisational Learning
Exploring themes such as living systems thinking, nature connection and healthier ways of working.

Alongside facilitated sessions, we offer a range of nature-based and creative experiences that encourage curiosity, connection and wellbeing. These can be woven into a programme or offered as standalone activities.

Experiences include mindful immersion in nature, creative practices, seasonal crafts, tea ceremonies, mindful mocktails and more.

Explore some of the experiences we offer below.

Beyond the Office

The most meaningful conversations do not always happen around a table. Stepping away from the usual workplace environment creates space to slow down, reflect and see things from a different perspective.

Our workshops, away days and retreats combine facilitated learning with nature connection, creativity and practical experiences. Whether exploring leadership challenges, strengthening team relationships or simply creating space to restore and reconnect, we design experiences that engage the whole person — body, heart and mind.

By bringing people together in different ways and different settings, we help create the conditions for curiosity, collaboration, wellbeing and lasting change.

These days examine the physiological, psychological and organisational/cultural underpinnings of wellbeing starting with individual nature and moving to organisation and culture, seeing both through the lens of living systems. Building on existing expertise, the workshop aims to empower leaders to enhance their own and their organisation’s wellbeing offering new insights as well as practices, developing psychological safety and healthy cultures.
