Thursday 15th April 2027 - Organisational and Individual Wellbeing
Wellbeing is not simply an individual responsibility or an HR initiative. It is shaped by the conditions in which people work.
Healthy organisations create the conditions for people to be engaged, creative, resilient and able to perform at their best. Where those conditions are absent, the consequences can be significant — from reduced motivation and productivity to stress, absence, presenteeism and staff turnover.
This workshop takes a whole-system approach to understanding wellbeing, exploring the dynamic relationship between individual physiology and psychology, organisational culture, leadership and the wider working environment.
Using the lens of living systems, participants will consider what enables people and organisations to flourish, what gets in the way, and where leaders can intervene to create meaningful change.
The day combines evidence, insight and practical approaches that can be applied at both individual and organisational level. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the drivers of wellbeing and a clearer sense of how leadership, culture and everyday organisational practices can support healthier, more engaged and more effective workplaces.
The workshop is particularly relevant to organisations seeking to strengthen employee engagement, retention, resilience, psychological health and sustainable performance — and to move beyond reactive approaches to wellbeing towards creating the conditions in which people can genuinely thrive.
Who is it for?
CEOs, executive and senior leaders, HR and people leads, organisational development professionals and those with responsibility for workforce wellbeing and culture.

Thursday 13th May 2027 - Coaching Conversations – Working with Living Systems
How can living systems transform your practice and help you develop individuals and teams?
Coaching conversations have traditionally centred on the individual client. But what changes when we see that client as part of something bigger: a living system nested within personal, organisational, community and even planetary systems? What happens when we treat organisations as living, interdependent systems rather than fixed structures to be managed?
This experiential workshop explores how coaching conversations can help people and organisations navigate complexity, change and uncertainty by paying attention to the wider system, including relationships, patterns, context, the body and the living world around us.
Join highly regarded coach-facilitators Annie Davy and Candida March for a day of practical tools, fresh perspectives and nature-informed methods that will deepen and enrich the way you coach.
Based both indoors and outdoors in the grounds and woodlands of the Earth Trust, the day combines research, theory and practice. You’ll leave with practical ways of working with living systems and Nature to bring more life, ease and insight to your conversations, helping people slow down, notice what is happening, see new possibilities and find their own way forward. Alongside coaching approaches, we’ll introduce ideas from living systems thinking and explore how Nature offers powerful metaphors and perspectives on organisational life.
Through sensory awareness, embodied practice, life cycles and rhythms, systems mapping and other experiential approaches, we’ll explore what happens when we attend to the whole system rather than only the individual.
The workshop is practical and exploratory, with opportunities to experience the approaches for yourself and consider how they might translate into your own work context. Expect to step out of your usual ways of thinking, spend time outdoors, experiment with different approaches and have some rich conversations.
Ultimately, this is about developing a different quality of attention – to ourselves, to others and to the systems of which we are part – and discovering what that makes possible.
