Annie Davy
Director and CoachAnnie is an executive coach, facilitator, social entrepreneur and catalyst for change, helping people, organisations and communities turn ambitious ideas into lasting impact.
Drawing on senior leadership experience in education, community development and public service, Annie works with leaders, teams and social enterprises to develop confident leadership, collaborative cultures and purposeful change. As founder of the Nature Effect her practice is informed by community wealth building, living systems principles and regenerative leadership, supporting people to create change that is both practical and sustainable. She brings life experience, passion for social justice, learning from travels, studies, working many different jobs since the age of 15, and from her extended blended family. Her back up is always nature - learning from and resourced by natural landscapes, gardens, plants, water and earth in all seasons.
She has founded and led transformational community initiatives, including a charity, Barracks Lane Community Garden Project and a community business Flo's – The Place in the Park. Under her leadership, Flo's grew from an idea into a thriving community business, achieving an annual turnover of over £1 million and employing more than 40 local people within five years of its inception.
An accredited Action Learning Facilitator and qualified Executive Coach, Annie speaks nationally and internationally on leadership, social enterprise, community development and nature connection. She has written popular books for playworkers.
