Our Team

Charlotte is an experienced mental health and teaching professional with a postgraduate qualification in horticultural therapy. She is skilled in managing community horticultural projects and enterprise schemes with diverse groups. She has excellent interpersonal skills that include 1:1 mentoring, managing staff and volunteers and building strong client relationship.

Charlotte currently facilitates therapeutic sessions for men housed at HMP Bullingdon and their families via our Inside Out project.
