With a background in social enterprise and community projects, Ella is interested in the links between food, wellbeing and nature. In 2020 She founded No Vice Ice, a social enterprise that created handcrafted ice lollies with locally sourced and surplus ingredients while supporting people with hidden health conditions.

Ella now delivers Mindful Mocktail workshops that celebrate seasonal, local ingredients while encouraging people to slow down, connect and discover simple ways food and drink can support wellbeing

She works with a number of charities, small businesses and community groups across Oxford and provides part-time business development support for The Nature Effect, helping the organisation grow its impact.
