Our Team

Phil is a Permaculture Designer trained in Social and Therapeutic Horticulture with 30 years experience in the environmental sector.  He works with a wide range of age groups in outdoor settings and has a passion for hands on work in Nature. He currently facilitates therapeutic sessions for men housed at HMP Bullingdon and their families via our Inside Out project.

He is a Community Grower at Oxford City Farm and has worked in schools and alternative provision for young people.

He also works with A Band of Brothers as Engagement Coordinator and as a Volunteer Mentor supporting young men in danger of the criminal justice system.
